Efacec has successfully concluded the migration of Bybanen’s Operations Control Centre to the EFARAIL platform ( Timekeeper, INOSS and SCATEX+) and TETRA communications for the existing line, Byparken to Lagunen.
In June 2015, Efacec completed the advanced works of the BXD 450 Power and Systems contract, with the takeover of the upgraded St. Stephen's Green and O'Connell existing underground traction substations by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII).
Nottingham Express, one of Efacec’ s most challenging light rail projects implemented in 2015, has started operation.
Rio de Janeiro's LRT started running tests in November 2015. The project will be concluded in April, just in time to support passengers' transportation during the 2016 Olympic Games.
